Return Policy

Items should be returned to us no later than 30 days from when your package arrives.
A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns. (If it was our error, such as Damage, Incorrect Product Sent, etc., there will be no restocking charge)
At AwesomeGiftStore, every purchase is a uniquely tailored product designed specifically for you. Therefore, a 20% restocking charge applies to all returns. However, exchanges will not incur any restocking charge.
AwesomeGiftStore supplies a pre-paid label for items that are damaged, misprinted, or flawed. In other cases, shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Please allow 6-10 business days for processing once we receive the return. All returns undergo evaluation by our inspection department for confirmation. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days after approval. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, worn, or exceed 30 days.
A packing slip must accompany all returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Returns for exchange should be initiated within 30 days from package delivery.
To facilitate an exchange, email [email protected] detailing your reason for wanting an exchange along with the new sizes and colors desired. The design needs to remain the same.
A packing slip should accompany all exchanges. Please specify the required size along with any other details you’d like to share.
Products washed, worn, or over 30 days old are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Once we receive your exchange, products with a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to be reshipped. Items with a handling time of 4-7 days may take 6-10 business days for reshipment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
