Once your order is confirmed, expect a processing period of 1-4 days, followed by a delivery timeframe of 7-18 days. Overall, your package might arrive within 2-4 weeks. This timeline varies based on the shipping method chosen and the destination country. Delays might arise due to Public Holidays or unexpected occurrences such as a flood or typhoon. Additionally, customs checks might affect the shipment duration.
Is it possible to receive a tracking number?
Certainly! A tracking number will be provided once the package is processed (5-7 days). If you’re missing the tracking information, email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll forward it to you promptly. Note that the order number differs from your tracking number.
